If at any time you are unsatisfied with our socks, we want you to let us know. Picked the wrong size, having a quality issue, or did our product fail to live up to your standards? We happily accept returns for all items within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered. After 30 days? US Returns
Submitting your Return is easy:
Step 1: Click on the Returns link: https://feetures.returnlogic.com/
Step 2: Enter the email you used to make your purchase or you can select "did not purchase on feetures.com" for all other purchases not made on our website.
Step 3: You will receive an email with a link to continue with your return.
Step 4: Click on the link in the email to access your recent purchases. Select the purchase from which you want to return items.
Step 5: Select the items you wish to return, along with the reason for the return.
Step 6: You will then be able to select "store credit" or "refund". Please note that "refund" is only available within 30 days of purchase. You will be emailed a shipping label to make your return.
Step 7: If you select "store credit" you will be emailed a store credit to shop on feetures.com for your brand new pair of feetures. Make sure to add your gift card code into the gift card box during checkout
